It is essential to mention that because of the current political situation in Ukraine, not all the information listed below is up to date.Ukraine does not belong to the European Union, but the country signed an Association Agreement. In 2017, Ukrainian residents were granted visa-free travel to the Schengen Zone for up to 90 days in 180 days.

A new travel authorization program, ETIAS, will be in effect by the end of 2025 to combat the increasing problems of terrorism in Europe. All visa-exempt third-country nationals, who travel to 26 countries within the ETIAS program, will need the European visa waiver starting in late 2025.

Ukrainian citizens planning to travel to Europe before 2025 must apply for the Europe travel visa waiver ETIAS to be admitted to the Schengen Area. What you need to know to Apply for ETIAS from Ukraine

It takes only 10 minutes to complete the Europe visa online request for Ukrainians. Before you start, reviewing the ETIAS visa waiver criteria is a good idea.
The ETIAS application for Ukraine requires applicants to give information about themselves, their travel plans, and other relevant information.
